// Process

How we work.

Every engagement follows the same proven structure. The specifics change, the discipline doesn't.

/01

Discovery

Week 1

We start by listening. What are your goals? What's working? What isn't? We dig into the data, talk to stakeholders, and map the landscape before writing a single line of code.

Strategy & Scoping

Week 2

We translate discovery into a concrete plan. Every recommendation ties back to a business outcome, and every deliverable gets a timeline.

Build

Weeks 3-8+

We build in focused sprints with regular check-ins. You see working software every week, not a big reveal at the end.

Launch

Launch week

We don't throw it over the wall. Launch is a coordinated event with checklists, training, and documentation so your team owns the system from day one.

Optimize

Ongoing

The real work starts after launch. We monitor performance, review analytics, and iterate based on real user data — not assumptions.

09 / FAQ

Common
questions.

/01 How long does a typical engagement take? +
Most projects run 6 to 12 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope. A focused website build lands closer to 6 weeks; a full-stack engagement with CRM, automation, and content strategy sits at the longer end. We share a clear timeline during scoping so there are no surprises.
/02 Do you work with retainers or project-based pricing? +
Both. Most clients start with a scoped project — a website build, a CRM integration, or a strategy engagement. Once the initial build ships, many move to a monthly retainer for ongoing optimization, content, and support. We'll recommend whichever model fits your goals.
/03 What if we only need one service? +
That's completely fine. Not every team needs the full stack. If you only need SEO, a website redesign, or CRM automation, we scope the engagement to that single discipline. The process stays the same — discovery, strategy, build, launch, optimize — just applied to a narrower surface.
/04 How do you communicate during a project? +
You'll get a dedicated Slack channel (or Teams, if you prefer) for day-to-day communication, plus weekly check-in calls where we demo progress and align on priorities. We also send written progress reports so stakeholders who aren't on every call stay in the loop.
